Pricing Disclosure

Prices reflect a 12-month lease and includes water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas.

Required One Time Fees (Due At Application):
Application Fee: $13
Holding Fee: $99

Required One Time Fees (Due At Move-In):
Standard Security Deposit: $500

The holding fee will become part of the security deposit if the application is approved, and the applicant takes possession of the unit.

Optional Add-Ons:
Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $50/month pet rent
Internet: varies, paid to Quantum Fiber
Washer/Dryer Rental: $35/month
Carport Parking: $35/month
Garage Parking: $80/month
